Yes, for non-personalised and non-made-to-order products, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for all costs, unless the product is defective or there is an order error, in which case a prepaid label will be provided.

Damage and problems upon delivery

Refunds and credits

• After receiving and inspecting the return, you will be notified by email.
